Justice Sachs did not write separately on this case, but he explains the manner in which the Court dealt with HIV-denialism at the highest levels of government, and how he found himself crying when as the Judges left the Court, he heard cheering from spectators who had been wearing t-shirts with the slogan HIV-Positive on them.
