3. Take-down Policy

We try our best to make The Albie Collection safe and inclusive. We want to ensure your rights are respected and we take this responsibility seriously.

If you are concerned that there is material on our website that violates our commitment to uphold your rights, please let us know! You can send us a take-down notice if you find materials that:

  • you own and have not given us permission to display,
  • may be in breach of copyright laws,
  • contain sensitive personal data,
  • or includes content that may be regarded as offensive, defamatory and obscene.

On receiving a ‘Notice and Take-down’, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and will make an initial assessment. If the complaint is valid, the material will be removed from public view from the archive of The Albie Collection pending an agreed solution.
